Wagyu beef is said to have its origin in Chiyagyu cattle, which are reared in Okayama.
Chiyagu meat is reared amid nature’s bounty and is distinguished by its fine marbling. Enjoy the flavor of this outstandingly tender and succulent wagyu beef, which can be served as sukiyaki, shabu shabu, or steak.
※Chiyagyu is a scarce ingredient, so reservationsare required to be made three days in advance.
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 7 amto 9 am.
Once you have had your fill of evening activities, we suggest a night-time snack in the izakaya. Why not try street-food izakaya snacks such as horumon udon (noodles in a broth with offal), Hiruzen-style yakisoba (fried noodles), ebi meshi (shrimp rice),ordemikatsudon (pork cutlet on rice with demi-glace sauce)?
